General
As the operator of this website and as a company, we come into contact with your personal data: all data that reveals something about you and by which you can be identified. This privacy policy explains how, for what purpose and on which legal basis we process your data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This website presents Airway Medix and its products to healthcare professionals. It has no user accounts, no shop and no newsletter. We use no advertising tools and transfer no data to social networks. To understand how the website is used, we run our own reach measurement without cookies (see "Reach measurement without cookies").

Hosting and server logs
This website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The server is located in Germany and is administered on our behalf by our web agency, Huber & Zipse GmbH, Germany. No content delivery network is used.
When you open a page, the web server records a log entry: the IP address of your device, date and time, the requested address, the referring page, browser type and version, and the operating system. We use these log files to run the website securely and to find errors. We do not combine them with other data.
The log files are deleted after a short period. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Reach measurement without cookies
To see how our website is used, we run our own reach measurement: the number of visitors, the pages viewed, the website you came from, the campaign tags of a link, device type, browser and browser language, the files downloaded and the forms sent. It runs on the same server in Germany as the website. No data is passed to third parties.
No cookies are set and nothing is stored on or read from your device. Your IP address and the details of your browser are combined with a random key that changes every day into a pseudonym; the IP address itself is never stored, and the key of a day is deleted the following day. Recognising you beyond the same calendar day or combining the data with other data is therefore not possible.
If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, no measurement takes place. The entries are deleted after 400 days.
Legal basis is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis and improvement of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required.
Company identification (Leadfeeder)
To learn which companies and organisations are interested in our products, we use Leadfeeder, a service of Liidio Oy, Helsinki, Finland (part of Dealfront). When you open a page, a script of Leadfeeder records the IP address of your device, the pages viewed, the time of the visit, the referring page and the type of browser. Leadfeeder compares the IP address with its database of company networks and reports to us the name of the company or organisation that the address belongs to, together with the pages viewed. We never learn which person within that organisation visited the website. Addresses of private internet providers are not matched to a company.
The script runs in consent mode: it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so it cannot recognise your browser on a later visit. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, the script is not loaded at all. Leadfeeder processes the data on our behalf and on our instructions, as our processor, and deletes it in line with our agreement.
Legal basis is our legitimate interest in identifying business customers and partners who are interested in our products and in approaching them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (see "Your rights"). The simplest way is to enable the "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" setting in your browser, which stops the script from loading.
Request forms
With the form "Get the product info" you can request information about B-Care and Cuffix. With the form on the Closed Suction System tile you can ask us to inform you when the product is available. For these two forms we process:
- your e-mail address (required),
- company and country (optional),
- the product you are interested in,
- the language of the page, the time of the request and, for spam protection, the IP address of your device.
Your request reaches us by e-mail. We answer by e-mail with the instructions for use of the product and the contact of the partner responsible for your market.
With the contact form you write to us as a healthcare provider, distributor, investor or member of the press. We process your name, e-mail address, organisation, country and message and, depending on your role, your position, company website or deadline. Your message goes by e-mail to the team responsible for your role (sales, investor relations or press), and you receive a confirmation by e-mail.
The content of the forms is not stored on the web server. The reach measurement only counts that a form was sent, with the product or role chosen and without any personal data. The IP address is kept in the memory of the server for one hour to limit the number of requests and is then discarded.
We keep your request in our mailbox until it has been answered and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the statutory retention periods. Legal basis is the preparation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering requests directed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
E-mail delivery
The e-mails of the request forms are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), a service for transactional e-mail. Resend processes the sender and recipient addresses and the content of the e-mail on our behalf and on our instructions, as our processor.
Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Contact by e-mail or telephone
If you write to us by e-mail or call us, we store your message and the contact details you give us in order to handle your request, including follow-up questions. We do not pass the data on to others without your consent.
We delete the data once your request has been settled, unless we are legally required to keep it. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in handling requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Documents and external links
Instructions for use, press releases, presentations and investor documents are provided as files from our web server at airway-medix.com. When you open such a file, your browser transmits the usual connection data, including your IP address, to that server.
This website links to pages of third parties, for example the Warsaw Stock Exchange, financial portals, news outlets and our profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and X. These are plain links. No plugin of a social network is embedded, and no data is transferred to these providers until you follow a link. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Fonts, images and 3D
Fonts, images, videos and 3D models are delivered from our own server. No fonts are loaded from Google or other third parties, and no video platform is embedded.
Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption. Data you send us through the forms cannot be read by third parties in transit. You recognise the encryption by the lock symbol in your browser and by the address starting with https://.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- access to the data we hold about you, its origin, its recipients and the purpose of storage (Art. 15),
- rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18),
- portability of the data you provided to us (Art. 20),
- withdrawal of a consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
Right to object: where we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
To exercise your rights, write to info@airway-medix.com.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that we process your data in breach of the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence or workplace (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us:
