Airway Medix pozyska nowych inwestorów. Spółka zrestrukturyzowała swoje zadłużenie
Airway Medix pozyskała pożyczkę w wysokości 900 000 EUR z możliwością inwestycji do 2 mln EUR w ciągu 18 miesięcy. Porozumienie z Discount Bank of Israel zmniejszyło zadłużenie spółki o ponad 30 proc.

Warsaw, November 15, 2023: Airway Medix has completed negotiations with new partners, including CoOpera Finanzierungen Deutschland, Kröner Medizintechnik and a Swiss advisory and investment group, obtaining financing for growth. It has received a EUR 900,000 loan, with a potential investment of up to EUR 2 million within 18 months. The partners will become operationally involved in the development and commercialisation of medical projects.
The agreement with Discount Bank of Israel Ltd. enabled a debt reduction of more than 30 percent, deferred debt repayment and secured the involvement of new investors.
Airway Medix is focused on innovative medical devices and the collaboration with the new partners is expected to accelerate product development and commercialisation.
