Airway Medix va accueillir de nouveaux investisseurs et a restructuré sa dette
Airway Medix a obtenu un prêt de 900 000 euros, assorti d’un investissement potentiel pouvant atteindre 2 millions d’euros sur 18 mois. Un accord avec Discount Bank of Israel a réduit la dette de l’entreprise de plus de 30 %.

Warsaw, November 15, 2023: Airway Medix has completed negotiations with new partners, including CoOpera Finanzierungen Deutschland, Kröner Medizintechnik and a Swiss advisory and investment group, obtaining financing for growth. It has received a EUR 900,000 loan, with a potential investment of up to EUR 2 million within 18 months. The partners will become operationally involved in the development and commercialisation of medical projects.
The agreement with Discount Bank of Israel Ltd. enabled a debt reduction of more than 30 percent, deferred debt repayment and secured the involvement of new investors.
Airway Medix is focused on innovative medical devices and the collaboration with the new partners is expected to accelerate product development and commercialisation.
