Airway Medix S.A. pozyska 2 mln EUR na rozwój i komercjalizację projektów
Airway Medix podpisała dwie umowy inwestycyjne z CoOpera, Kröner Medizintechnik oraz szwajcarską grupą na kwotę do 2 mln EUR. Środki zostaną przeznaczone na rozwój i komercjalizację trzech opatentowanych produktów spółki.

Warsaw, November 16, 2023: Airway Medix has signed two Investment Agreements with CoOpera Finanzierungen Deutschland, Kröner Medizintechnik and a Swiss advisory and investment group. Partners will invest up to EUR 2 million, enabling the continuation of commercialization of innovative medical products on the EU, US, Asian and South American markets.
Three finished products, with international patents, focus on supporting patients' mechanical ventilation. Kröner Medizintechnik, CEO Peter Kröner, will be operationally and strategically involved in the company's development, covering production processes.
The partners, using their experience in the medical industry, granted the Company a EUR 900,000 loan, enabling it to complete negotiations and start business talks. The goal is to quickly commercialize products and develop synergies with partners' experience in the distribution of medical equipment.
