Airway Medix pozyskała dodatkowe finansowanie na spłatę swoich zobowiązań
Airway Medix otrzymała 800 000 PLN ze sprzedaży akcji przez Adiuvo Investments i spłaca pierwszą ratę w wysokości 250 000 EUR na rzecz Discount Bank. Nowi inwestorzy, CoOpera i Kröner Medizintechnik, wspierają uregulowanie zobowiązań spółki.

Warsaw, November 24, 2023: Airway Medix obtained financing to settle liabilities arising from the agreement on debt reduction and deferral of repayment of liabilities to Discount Bank. Funds in the amount of PLN 800,000 obtained from Adiuvo Investments from the sale of shares will be used to settle the first instalment of EUR 250,000.
The agreement with new investors, such as CoOpera Finanzierungen Deutschland and Kröner Medizintechnik, includes debt reduction, as well as production and commercialization plans in the EU and the USA. Peter Kröner joins the Management Board and brings experience in the distribution of medical equipment.
Airway Medix, after recapitalization, debt reduction and changes in management, is now focusing on business development, with broad plans for the future.
