Airway Medix erhält zusätzliche Finanzierung zur Begleichung seiner Verbindlichkeiten
Airway Medix hat 800.000 PLN aus dem Verkauf von Aktien durch Adiuvo Investments erhalten und zahlt die erste Rate von 250.000 EUR an die Discount Bank. Die neuen Investoren CoOpera und Kröner Medizintechnik unterstützen die Begleichung der Verbindlichkeiten des Unternehmens.

Warsaw, November 24, 2023: Airway Medix obtained financing to settle liabilities arising from the agreement on debt reduction and deferral of repayment of liabilities to Discount Bank. Funds in the amount of PLN 800,000 obtained from Adiuvo Investments from the sale of shares will be used to settle the first instalment of EUR 250,000.
The agreement with new investors, such as CoOpera Finanzierungen Deutschland and Kröner Medizintechnik, includes debt reduction, as well as production and commercialization plans in the EU and the USA. Peter Kröner joins the Management Board and brings experience in the distribution of medical equipment.
Airway Medix, after recapitalization, debt reduction and changes in management, is now focusing on business development, with broad plans for the future.
