Airway Medix S.A. Accelerates International Expansion: New Distribution Agreement with Latin American Partner
Airway Medix signed a three year distribution agreement, extendable by one year, with a medical company in Latin America for Cuffix and B-Care outside the EU. The partner commits to minimum orders of about EUR 0.3 million for 2025 to 2027.
Warsaw, 18 July 2025: The Management Board of Airway Medix S.A. is pleased to announce the signing of another significant distribution agreement with a medical company based in the Latin American region. The contract covers the distribution of the Company's flagship products, Cuffix and B-Care Oral Care, outside the territory of the European Union.
The agreement has been concluded for a period of three years, with an automatic extension for an additional year, paving the way for long-term cooperation. The anticipated minimum order value to be fulfilled under the agreement between 2025 and 2027 amounts to approximately EUR 0.3 million. The detailed terms of the contract are in line with market standards, ensuring stability and transparency of the partnership.
This new agreement marks another important step in Airway Medix S.A.'s focused strategy of expanding the international reach of its innovative products. "We are not slowing down.
