Warsaw, May 5, 2026: Airway Medix S.A., a MedTech company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, confirms that its current development is consistent with the path previously outlined in its public communication. The Company continues to implement its precisely planned development strategy, with a clear focus on transforming from a research-and-development-oriented business into a fully functioning international trading company.
Recent developments, including changes to the Company's governance structure and the ongoing strengthening of its international partnerships, are aligned with this direction. Airway Medix emphasizes that its activities are being executed within the framework of its existing, carefully structured development plan, without any shift in its fundamental approach.
The position of Airway Medix's German and other European partners is being intensified, both strategically and operationally. The Company continues to build upon an established, specialized German network with expertise in sales, distribution, regulatory navigation, and the commercialization of innovative MedTech devices. In this context, the Company highlights the continued active role of Peter Kröner, member of the Management Board and long-standing German partner, as well as the recent appointment of Dr. Matthias Kuss to the Supervisory Board.
