Anna Aranowska-Bablok quitte ses fonctions de CEO avec effet au 31 août 2026, après douze ans au sein de l’entreprise. Sous sa direction, Airway Medix a levé plus de 3 millions d’euros, transféré la recherche, le développement et la production en Europe, et lancé son premier produit début 2026.

Warsaw, July 1, 2026: Airway Medix S.A., a MedTech company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange focused on clinical airway management solutions, announced that Anna Aranowska-Bablok will step down from her role as President of the Management Board (CEO), effective 31 August 2026.
Anna has led Airway Medix for 12 years, a period in which the Company raised more than EUR 3 million in investment capital, built a qualified European team, and moved its R&D, production, and regulatory work to Europe. Under her leadership, Airway Medix also completed a significant shift from a research-focused organization into a commercially driven business, bringing its first product to market in early 2026.
"This decision closes an extraordinary chapter of my professional life. It has been a privilege to serve Airway Medix for the past twelve years, working alongside a team that never stopped believing in what we were building," said Anna Aranowska-Bablok. "I'm proud of what we've achieved together, and I'm confident Airway Medix is in the strongest position of its history to keep moving forward."
In her resignation statement, Anna emphasized that stepping down as CEO does not mean stepping away from the Company. She will continue to support Airway Medix's operations in Poland and remains engaged in the Company's long-term strategy, including the continued development of its product portfolio.
This transition is part of the broader direction the Company has already shared with shareholders, one focused on building a more internationally connected leadership structure to support Airway Medix's next stage of growth. The recent addition of new Supervisory Board members brings further international experience to the Company, aligned with this same direction. The Company will share more on its management structure in due course.
Airway Medix thanks Anna for her twelve years of leadership and dedication and looks forward to her continued involvement with the Company going forward.
