Warsaw, 20 May 2025: Airway Medix S.A., an innovative company in the MedTech sector, continues its dynamic transformation from a research and development entity into a fully operational, international sales company. On 14 May 2025, the Company signed a distribution agreement with a foreign medical partner for the introduction of its Cuffix and Oral Care products to the market outside the European Union.

The distribution agreement marks a significant milestone in Airway Medix's strategy to generate stable operating revenues from product sales. The execution of the contract will be based on individual orders placed by the international partner, allowing for flexible and efficient supply management.

Airway Medix is actively conducting regulatory work to be ready to fulfil the first order under the new distribution agreement within the current quarter. Furthermore, the Company continues discussions with additional potential partners both within and outside the European Union.
